Its taken a long long time for the promo videos fro Defence Lab by Andy Norman to come out but finally there are here. Take a look at as always let me know what your thoughts are. Is it different than Keysi or is it a new version of Krav Maga?

From my experience although limited, just over a year and a half and a P1 with KMG I would say that defence lab looks significantly different than Krav Maga.
