First of all, what does HIIT stand for?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It has quickly become a very popular method of working out due to its efficacy in burning fat or adipose tissue. In implementing HIIT in your training, you toggle low to moderate intervals with high intensity intervals/time periods.
