Knee on Belly Drill

The Knee on belly position found in BJJ or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great technique that works in self defence situations. Personally I have never like the full mount for self defence. It lacks mobility and this technique is a great one to keep control but still be in a striking position.

Anyway I thought I would keep this nice and simple and just share this great little training drill called the Knee on Belly drill. Simple but well worth introducing this for a class. Its demonstrated by a top BJJ fighter so Im sure you will enjoy it.
